What a stud! He showed me again last night that I am supposed to be his mom. Last night at our sleep over (he and I slept on the floor in the living room so I could make sure he didn't pull his band-aid off), we had a good chat. We said prayers and I sat next to him and said "Adam, thank you for being so strong and teaching me how to be strong." He looked and me and said "uh" with a big smile. Sometimes I don't know if he understands me or not because he doesn't always react and he sure doesn't say words, but last night I knew he understood. I know that he was sent to me to teach me that I can do things that I never thought I could. My favorite thing about Adam is that he knows me. He knows when I'm stressed or just need a hug, and it's at those times that he will come up and give me a kiss, or pull my head down and smile really big for me. He knows. I just hope I can do the same for him when he needs it. Love you bud!
